I can't explain your friends experience, but I've never been less than happy with EAR/Rational. I really don't care if it's just a guy doing business out of his home, since the selection's great, the pricing is unbeatable, and Dave is a really nice guy. And he doesn't insult your intelligence by setting prices that end in .99 either. :) I recommend EAR/Rational to everyone. He really doesn't specialize in hard-to-find vinyl, but if its on CD he can get it for you. -arjun
