Hale-Bopp EP
I got this one a few weeks back and forgot to say something about it (or
maybe I did, and forgot that I said something). :-)
It's got a Doc Scott remix that is pretty good, but nothing special.
Just a standard Doc Scott track: clean, minimal drum programing, nice
bass line and all that...
The Spring Heel Jack mix is great. The most fucked up stuff I've heard
from them yet. A little bit of wacky amen (if I remember correct), kind
of feels a bit like Squarepusher or Funki Porcini.
I hope the lp has more of this style stuff...don't get me wrong, I like
the smooth stuff they've done (ie: 68 million...), but 'hale-bopp' is
pretty mad shit!
