...I was an infinitely hot and dense dot... Yep, I felt this way too. The same tracks on Hidden Camera were the standouts on the LP. I played the LP for nico last week, who said he had a cdr of it months ago and went through the same exact thing as you and I. He was stoked to get the lp, smoked a few splifs, sat down to give it a listen, and was let down in the same exact way. My opinion is that it sounds like rupert did a bunch of tracks in the same style as the HC ep, as a follow up and tried to pass it off as a LP. It's not bad, by any stretch of the imagination. Just a really good background listening kind of album, but really doesn't grab you by the nuts liked some of his other stuff, like K.J.Z, The Hidden Camera and some of his other stuff. I still can't say that I've heard a Photek record that I thought was bad. Take that for what it's worth... peace, brock. np: SAW I for some guy who passed out on my couch
