Rest assured, we are indeed 2 different people, I know for a fact since
we were both @ the blech night in NYC watching Autechre rip (and rip and
rip harder). The irony of it does tickle my fancy. My only wish was
that when eMpTV was initiated "AMP" they would have contacted Alan and
myself and made us the Ed Lover and Dr. Dre (that would be me ;) of
Intelligent Dance Music.
Anyhow, I finally managed to score my own copy of "perhaps the most
underrated drum and bass track of 1997", Johnny L's "PIPER" (on weirdo
12" whitelabel w/only 10" of it pressed w/grooves) and while @ the store
was asked if I had heard the remix yet. Can anyone provide info about
that? Label (xl?) remixologist (who is the man?).
Also, are there any 'serviced' jocks out there who can supply me with
information regarding the audio blueprint promo "synet".

np: h.a.t. - rather interesting
PS: Boston's perking up for the fall term, tonight @ the western front
you can check out 2 of bostons more underrated drum and bass jocks,
Bill Crook (who also spins excellent electro) and Lenore. Contact
me should you require more information.
