Look for Reloads "A collection of Short Stories". Public Energy no.1 sounds
very similar to it.
You might also want to check out Twisted Science "Blown" sweet and violent.
FSOL's Dead Cities is ok. I mean, I still own it... I haven't sold it yet. So
it must be pretty decent.
