Yea, I hear it too. it's only close though, by no means the same. Mainly
the rhtyhm in the "ch ch ch ch" sounds, and it's not even the same sound.
It could be an inspiration, or it could be co-incidence. I wouldn't think
there'd be any grounds for a court case :)
