"Retained"? What makes you think NinjaTune US ever *had* the rights to the
record? They were in negotiations for the rights and Nothing came along with
a better offer. The NinjaTune rep on the list seems to have overcome his
bitterness at being outbid by Reznor's label, why can't the general list
membership get over it?
