It's missing two: "Life of the Mind" (one of my favorites) and "Subtle (In Your Face)." I assume "A Subtle Blend" is a remix of the latter.

They are, and it's the same one that was missing from the UK "Plug 1+2" reissue.

Because the "Plug 1+2" reissue mentioned above contained all the tracks that aren't on the UK bonus disc (except "6.07" which is on 'Further Self Evident Truths 2').
