Driving isn't really so bad in Boston, no worse than any other major city I've been in. As for Boston Record Stores ....there is Satellite, on Mass Ave, and Boston Beat and some D N' B shop on Newburry which I can't remember the name of(it used to be called global dance imports). Believe it or not, the Tower on Newbury has a pretty competent selection of import cds and an occasional gem can be found at some of the Newburry Comics(I found a Wafta 12" there once and the New U-ziq 12" which was supposedly bannned in for sale in the US).
