Off the top of my head I know of the following bonus discs:
US #1: complete "Times Fly"/"The Box" EPs
US #2: "Satan (industry standard edit)" / "Satan (live in new york)" /
"The Saint" / "The Sinner" / "Halcyon (live)"
Canada: As US #2 but without "Halcyon"
France: "The Saint" / "The Sinner" / "Satan (live in new york)" /
"Chime (live at v96)" / "Impact (live at v96)"
Someone's also told me there's a 1CD In Sides that has "The Saint" as a
plain bonus track.
