Last month in Minneapolis, I checked out a show from Hovercraft, a
guitar-freekout band on Blast First! records, who released Panasonic's
latest. While chatting with Hovercraft's guitarist, he told me that they
had recently played shows with Panasonic in Europe, that they were wicked,
much noisier live than on LP, and the greatest musical force currently
gracing the planet. I said, "Hey, why the hell didn't you get them to tour
the States with you?" He told me that they ARE going to tour with them &
were getting it all together when they returned home to Seattle. So if not
Los Angeles, head north!
