unfortunately there is no law against this if the work isn't copyrighted :( but morality always comes through, if they get caught, they won't be in legal trouble, but they'll suffer from a morality check by consumers, etc. just like everyone here is giving to the junglist guy. hm.. someone mentioned modules, I wonder if he's in the demo-scene :) i'll get his webpage and named pulled from some demo-scene e-mail databases

yes, but at the same time it would cripple a lot of things.. ie: many ppl check html source to learn things from it (I know I learned html by solely looking at sources). and it wouldn't matter anyway, coz anything that comes into your computer and can be viewed can be downloaded, with the exception of real audio, but if you know the ins and outs of programming, you can reprogram it so that you can download any files you want, although doing so is illegal, but I'm not sure if doing it is illegal, or if it's doing it and sending it around to everyone that's illegal.

well i'd be glad to let gonzi put my name at the end of any such e-mail he chooses to send. gonzi can send a letter to him and put all our names and e-mail addresses (name optional of course) at the end of the letter, and such..

yep, again, i'd be glad to let him do it.
