Yep, they are from .be, although it's just one guy. He released 1 12" so far, with another in the works. I have one track on a cd-comp which sounds quite nice and just like what you described. Further details (info on the guy, label, blablabla) available (meaning not on me right now) if required. _downsall plastics_ is apparently a (sub)label of _lowlands_, the .be distribution/label company.
