i would have thought my specific outlining of the distinction between release schedules in the us and uk would have doubled as an acknowledgement of this sort. if not and you prefer such an acknowledgement to be sematic rather than substantive, i certainly apologize (or should i, as a gesture of goodwill, say instead "apologise")...;) seriously though, i used the term "domestic" as someone in the us speaking to someone i also knew to be in the us referring to the country we both live in. if i were referring to someone i knew to be somewhere else in the world or whose geographical location were unknown or otherwise ambiguous i would have worded it differently...yeah, i realize it was posted to the list and that the list itself is international, but i didn't think anyone would mind. obidm: we've been kicking a question around on the electro list for the past few days which maybe one of you rephlex worshippers can answer. the catalog number for the bonus 12-inch in bochum welt's "desktop robotics" is the same as it would be if bw's "feelings on a screen" were a 2x12-inch and it was the second twelve (iow, it carries the "feelings" cat. # followed by "ep2" and is etched with side letter "c" and "d" instead of "a" and "b"). i went to fresh's rephlex site but my specific question remains unanswered: was the bonus twelve originally going to be paired with "feelings on a screen" and at the last moment paired instead with "robotics"? and if so, why? sc onnow: seaweed : four (sub pop)
