The "Amen" break is from a recording by the Winstons (an old soul group) called "Amen, Brother". Check the breaks web site for more info: http://www.breaks.com This break can plainly be heard in "terrorist" by Ray Keith, lots of no-u-turn stuff (usually the mad breaks once the hoover-like bass comes in), and many many others.
