You know, I have found that Priority does work in most cases; there will always be isolated instances of system breakdown (as one can expect from any centralized government service). As for insurance, isn't it more a question of whether the guy who's buying stuff from you wants it or not? Given the (in my experience) low risk factor, I often skip the insurance option, as I'm sure many other people do. Certainly, if you're ordering over $40-50 it becomes worthwhile, but otherwise bloated shipping costs to have a way of intimidating people. Ashok
