I have used the Sony range for a while and I think they are great. I can
recommend the Sony A6 (great price), and if you have the money choose the
Sony A8 (which is a bit hotter than the A6...).
The Tascam DA-20 seems to have a rather nice pricetag, and it also have a
little more expensive sibling called DA-20.
If I was supposed to buy my first DAT then I probably would test the
Tascam DA-20, since (as said) it seems to have a reasonable price.
