You're right, you do appear so, but hell, so do most people here =)

Well, I got Spanners a while back (rather unfortunately for me on
vinyl, as cd would have allowed me to listen to it @ work... just
don't understand why they will let me have a cd player, but no
turntable there...) I REALLY liked (like, I suppose, as I'm in a
perpetual state of like with this album) it... as somewhat hokey as
the above 'of deserts, hills and sacred grooves' description sounds,
its sort of what I got from it. I feel comfortable grouping Autechre
& Aphex together, but (at least with this particular release) TBD is
just different. Comparision is futile. Like comparing Atari Teenage
Riot to a Rozz Williams spoken word... ANYWAYS... what other Black
Dog would one recommend in this vein... (yes, I know that I did just
miss a big old thread on Black Dog releases...) Any leads would be
greatly appreciated (selling off stuffs today for credit @ a local
store, TBD being one of my 'top o' the list items')
Completely unrelated and probably setting myself up for a flame or
two, I listened to a RealAudio broadcast of the Orb last night... It
was pretty damn good...
