I believe FT2 can do MOD and XM (and S3M?) and IT has a WAV driver you pay
$20 for. I'm pretty sure Modplug can render to WAV, too.
I'd say your best bet, though, is Cubic Player, which has an excellent
diskwriter. I think it has been renamed to OpenCP as of late, so a search
for that should help you out.
