April 7th - Deejays Robert Shea (Map Records) and Phil Western (Cap'm
Stargazer, Download, Off And Gone) infiltrate DJ NOAH's (
http://www.catouzer.com/homebass ) Monday Nite Social DISTRICT 1 at the
Stone Temple Cabaret (1082 Granville, Vancouver) with their resurrected and
highly charged Tag-Team-Trance-Trials, for those interested in bassbin
vibrations of a trippier nature.
April 9th - They're at it again, this time at GINGER SNAPS (Mars), for a
two hour multi-psychedelic beat freak, from 00:00h - 02:00h. Performing
live will be Lace (Vancouver Underground).
April 14th - MC2 (Map Records) plays live at DISTRICT 1, backed by label
guy Robert Shea, who can't seem to get enough dancefloor destruction time
this month.
April 18th - Yes, it's true, the long-awaited and highly stunning "Ethnic
Dub Simmphony In Ten Parts" album by MERE MORTALS is finally released, and
you can hear it in it's entirety on CiTR FM102, from 21:00h - 00:00h, on DJ
Noah's HOMEBASS radio show. For those of you out of the reach of our
airwaves, visit our website at 21:00h PST for our Internet Broadcast of the
radio show.
Late April - We will be having a record release party for MERE MORTALS at
the Chameleon Club in Downtown Vancouver during the last week of April.
We'll post the date once it's confirmed.
June 21st - Map Music, in association with SOL, presents HARDFLOOR
(Harthouse), Live in Vancouver. Details as we get them.
June 22nd - Map Records, in association with KK Records, presents Psychick
Warriors Of Gaia and Mere Mortals, Live In Concert. Location to be announced.
Dec 13th - Map Music presents the return of DJ Sven Väth. Details later.
