I haven't seen the video..... (I live in a cable-free zone, and I breathe
the fresh air!)...... but if you really want to here smooth lead lines....
drop a few hard-earned dollars on Orb's Toxygene single with that explosive
Kris Needs remix. It smokes everything I've heard in the last year.... I
talked to a publicist about this track, just this afternoon, and she said
that DJs across the country have been going nuts about this track. I'll
tell you, it totally caught me off guard when I first heard it. Funny thing
is, I've been listening to that 12" over and over now, yet i haven't
actually listened to the rest of the ep yet. :)
As for Daft Punk being huge..... I doubt it. I don't see much of an
audience for this disc. Here in Toronto, there too are flyposters
wall-to-wall in the downtown area, however, the general response I've
heard for the video is essentially that it's damn cool, but the music
sucks.
Now if only the disc came with a CD-ROM video portion......
