It's not exactly what you're looking for, but... Various 54.25 No Rights Given or Implied - The Original Samplers Bond St (UK) BS 001 5.22 Double Dee & Steinski: Lesson One (The Payoff Mix) 4.22 Double Dee & Steinski: Lesson Two (The James Brown Mix) 4.49 Double Dee & Steinski: Lesson Three (The History of HipHop) 3.59 Steinski & Mass Media: The Motorcade Sped On 5.03 Steinski & Mass Media: It's Up to You (Television Mix) 4.51 Fusion Beats 8.22 Big Apple Productions: Genius at Work 6.51 TD: Feelin' James 4.48 Coldcut: Say Kids (What Time Is It?) 5.58 Coldcut: Beats & Pieces It seems a bit dodgy to me - seems to show up in record stores every three years or so (the most recent time being a couple of months ago, so you may still be able to find a copy). Don't know much about the featured artists other than Coldcut (but I seem to recall that Steinski may have collaborated with Tackhead once), but overall it's good if you're interested in this kind of thing.
