Hmmm...I don't know if that's exactly right. I mean look at someone like The Gentle People, are they considered IDM simply because they get the richard/grant seal of approval? They are certainly not as dancy as St. Etienne. What is it exactly that makes St. Etienne not Intellegent Dance Music? Their popularity? They're less popular than Orbital at the moment. Oh never mind, this is a stupid argument anyhow. BTW, check out the Warp site, they have an .ra clip from Rubber Johnny up.
