'Narrow minded' - hmmm. In a world where one person is capable, given
resources, of manufacturing an entire subculture around themselves
(initial dedication of this list to RDJ would seem to be an example of
this in concreto), it seems that 'narrow mindedness' would be the
minimum expectation. And as for 'glib elitists' - masses manufacture
their own elites. One might as well condemn innovation itself or cast
aspersions on excellence in general, on the very basis of its offensive
exceptionality. Whence-
