Well, it depends on what kind of stuff you want to hear...
The "Poème électronique" is a central piece in the history of
electroacoustic music. (In addition to being beautiful.)
"Ionisation" is a powerful, percussion-only piece.
"Déserts", for orchestra and tape, is also an interesting listen.
Oh, and check out "Intégrales", too... Very good stuff.
