No, it's not a pre-release.... it's remixes from "Second Toughest..." as
well as unreleased tracks. The singles were actually released in the UK
last April, but Wax Trax!/TVT have only just packaged and re-released the
singles domestically.
As for the quality, there are a few nice tracks.... but I felt "Pearl's
Girl" is one of the flattest releases I've heard from their studio for a
while. The re-release of Born Slippy is so much nicer.
