I've got a pair of Sony MDR V-600 headphones. Over the ear, 40mm
drivers. The response is very dynamic, extremely live.
In fact I would say that the sound is a little too live to be called
realistic, but for electronica that's perfect.
I've listened to lots of Sennheisers and while I am sure they're very
good (they have a warmer more natural tone), they're just not as
exciting to listen to IMHO.
Never tried any Grados, evryone raves about'em tho.
The bigger the driver the better--There's no replacement for displacement!
