I think it's quite obvious that Fresh respects Warp and it's
artists. Why else would he devote so much time to creating a web site
devoted to Aphex Twin?
As far as asking for permission first, Warp would have
probably okayed the use of the image since they are "reasonable people".
However, after this reading this thread, I'm not quite so sure anymore. ;)
