Any sign of a melody in this release? I really only enjoyed about 4 of the
tracks on Ischemic Folks because of that, and the rest were just a decent, but
boring with nothing to drive the constant rush of beats and noise. What made
Chiastic Slide so god damn amazing (and that's the number 1 influence i heard
in Ischemic Folks was that style of Ae), was the brilliant melodies and
ambience that was incorporated with the ground breaking percussionary
synthesis. I used to enjoy Phoenecia and i'm very dissapointed with how
they've progressed. Rama Roomet was lovely. Everything since has fallen
short.
The only two artists i'd like to hear are Richard Devine (he's good when he's
on a roll) and Push Button Objects (the best artist on Schematic by far).
Just hoping this isn't another "Odd Jobs". I'll save my money if so.
