Absolutely in agreement. Doesn't the best idm works this way - that the
listener can absorb the abstract and adapt the moods of the music for their
own situation. It's what irritates me about Orbital with their 'meaningful'
stage projections and flatulent angst_ridden samples (on Snivilisation at
least), and Autechre's Keynell Remix sleeve comment. I'm thinking 'Shut up!
I just don't want to know!!' Each to his own though, you know...
