I think I must be living in some sort of alternative universe -- the version of "Chill Out Zone" and "Party Zone" I see on MTV Europe in this universe constantly plays the stuff we talk about here. They've played all the Warp videos many, many times; they do looong interviews with RDJ, Orbital (you know the list); I've seen "On" a gazillion times; and they seem to be playing those X-MIX-X videos from R&S in toto. "Chill Out Zone" is 90 minutes of IDM with a few novelty items thrown in, while "Party Zone" seems to be 50% funkee and 50% idmee. "Dance Floor" is 100% funkee, of course. -- (domestic pets only, the antidote for overdose, milk.) larsi@ifi.uio.no * Lars Ingebrigtsen
