Was looking for this myself, but to no avail...
There is, however, an issue of emigre typograohy magazine, for which they
designed the entire thing. I've seen it and it's really really cool...
large format too! Unfortunatly it's a collectors item, so it's $50 us,
though I have considered it...

Speaking of which, the 4AD site mentioned a v23 book that was coming out,
anyone know anything of this, or anyother cool typography books???
