Errr.... I don't think you're going to like this one. The Shadows were Cliff Richard's backing band in the fifties and sixties. (If you don't know who Cliff Richard is/was, ask any British middle-aged housewife. Or ask me if you must force me to remember these things.) The Shadows then span off in their own right performing instrumental guitar tunes, such as Apache, errr... and some others. Then became progressively naffer and are now an incredibly middle of the road bacnd doing instrumental covers of mainstream stuff. The lead guitarist, one Hank B Marvin, even played with Jean Michel Jarre on something, a track called London Kid I think. The latest album features instrumentals of Buddy Holly records called Hank Plays Buddy. You have been warned. _____________________________________________________ Jezz @ http://homepages.enterprise.net/jezz/ Roland D-110 Yamaha YS-100 Casio CZ-101 Boss SE-50 C-Labs AWE-32 Tascam 4 Track Tascam 8ch Mixer _____________________________________________________
