There's a few albums out. Dead Vent 7, the recent eponymous album, and one with Freaky Chakra (I'm wary of any release with that word on it). I've only heard Dead Vent 7 on Reflective (the US label) but that in itself is enough to make me want to go out and buy some more. Dead Vent 7: Single Cell Orchestra: Reflective Where to start? It's a sort of radio play on a CD, but it's mostly music, and all the vocals are very far away (yeah, ok, quiet), and in many cases, heavily reverbed, either way they don't really interfere with what has become one of may favourite last-thing-at-night albums. Oh yeah, it's mostly at the ambient end of the spectrum, but the tempo (and volume) does up a bit on some tracks (going through hyperspace when you're stoned is cool). Oh, and the cover's quite nice too, being on reflective. Thinking about it, all the releases I've seen (and subsequently bought) on Reflective have been very good. Spacetime Continuum's Emit Ecaps, Subtropic's Homebrew, SCO... Phil the horror, the horror...
