Anyway,ppl like him have to be prolific to keep staying alive(oohh!whatapun;),
& music should be timeless, not here today and gone tomorrow. It should 4evr
blow your mind, leave you breathless&gobsmacked, &in complete wonderment of it's
existence. It's about the creativity that inspires originality. It's no wonder
as to how Icee, et.al.like him, made what he did.HEY DJ-QUIT SUPPORTIN' SUCH
MEDIOCRITY THAT WE NO LONGER RECOGNIZE EXCELLENCE!

EH? If what you mean, is that most ppl only have a superficial relationship
with the music they're dancing to, then i agree. I.e. the "it has a beat that i
can dance to" mentality. However, some ppl who take music a little more
seriously only take formula following artists as seriously as "TECHNO TECHNO
TECHNO TECHNO" & "I'M TOO SEXY..."

lines.we've seen it in other genres of music, and art in general. What about
film/books?The monsters,the Machine gun heros and their helpless-turn-helpful
wenches vs. An evil bastard with bad humor, sitcom scenarios like "truth about
cats&dogs", and the ordinary person who knows too much and finds a way into
extraordinary situations-a tribute to all the vigilante law students, hair
dressers, homemakers, teachers, and teenage punks who know a lil too much about
computers. If you like it, you can keep it, and likewise, you can keep the drum
rolls, silly ass 303 loops, and filler bass lines. 'nuff sed.
