The first time I heard D'fish 2 I was very impressed (for the first five
minutes.) There are some very uncharacteristically murky textures (for
Namlook, but particularly for Mixmaster Morris, who normally takes the
trippy-airy route), and the precise, staccato sounds are also not
too common for Fax. 20 minutes later, though, not much has changed, and
that's this album's main problem. It would have been great as an EP
or a compilation piece, but it's outrageously redundant for a full-length.
