Truth is most American labels aren't interested in records unless: a) It has vocals. b) It has guitars. c) It's guaranteed to shift 100,000+ copies. We are having to face the fact there is virtually no market for interesting music in the USA, relative to the size of the territory. If it's not tried and tested no one wants to know.
