I just received a submerge order today and a
flyer about the UR-037 The Return of Drexciya
12" was included. Here is what it said:

UNDERGROUND RESISTANCE
After completing their last assult on programmer
strongholds the Drexciyan forces endured heavy
casualities. With the stingray and barracuda
battalions getting hit the hardest. UR strikeforce
command lost radio contact officially at 03:00 hours
February 10th, 1995 after Drexciya's successful raid
of a keyprogrammer emission station. As to not risk
detection UR could not send out a search party -
Drexciya was unofficially listed as M.I.A. - until
last week when a strance signal named "Smokey's
Report" was picked up by UR communications. It was
recorded as were 3 other transmissions. these fog
shrouded tones will be available soon "to those who
know" for you to decipher...
