AS much as I like to think that I can manage to keep on top of this sort
of stuff, I seem to have lost touch with a few of the things that have
come from the Seefeel camp lately. So, can someone please answer of a
couple of questions for me...?
(1) Are the four tracks on the Scala "Lips & Heaven" CDEP (Too Pure)
the same tracks that appear on the 2 7"s that I've seen a couple of
people mention? If not, what's on the 7"s and what label were/are they
on?
(2) What exactly is Siren? Just Seefeel under another name? What's
available from this project? Label info where possible, please.
And on a couple of totally unrelated notes:
- Does *anyone* have a complete SKAM discog? I can't find one anywhere.
- Does anyone know how many releases there have been in the Utopian
Diaries compilation series from Sub Rosa? I own three of them myself -
"Chaos In Expansion" (with Coil, Hayward, etc.); "Ancient Lights &
The Blackcore" (Seefeel, Scorn, etc.); and "War Smash Hits" (Laswell/
Wobble/DJ Spooky, Laibach, etc.). All three are top-notch (albeit not
totally IDM related), and I'm wondering if there are any other releases
and if they're as good as/better than these three.
