Well, Grievous, try to contain yourself until Void has been properly released. It would be a shame if you died right before RePHLeX actually brought it out. Although it would be sort of funny, too. The fact that RePHLeX is putting out an Anibaldi record does much to make up for the fact that they seem to inspire such insipidly rabid devotion in their fans on the internet (which is my impolitic way of saying that I really like a lot of RePHLeX's releases and all, but I wouldn't want to have their children or anything). Now, if anybody has any of THESE puppies to sell and / or trade, I'll seriously consider trading you my soul, or potentially something that's actually of value: Leo Anibaldi / Robert Armani - Magic Tricks (ACV1000) Leo Anibaldi - Fanta Guitar (ACV1002) Leo Anibaldi - The Raiders Of The... (ACV1008) Leo Anibaldi - Acid Perversion (ACV1014) Leo Anibaldi - Translation (ACV1031) Leo Anibaldi - Endurance (ACV1034) Leo Anibaldi - Aeon (ACV1038) Leo Anibaldi - Muta (ACVDP005) The frustrating thing is, I actually _have_ disc 2 of Muta, which is enough to show me how great it is, but I'd really like to have the whole thing, y'know? And although I won't die if I never get any copies of these, I may whine a little bit. A brief shout out to all Anibaldiophiles out there: if you like his spookier dark ambient stuff, you owe it to yourself to give a listen to the stuff on Reload Ambient (especially Phlegm and Seekness), and maybe the Legendary Pink Dots, but only if you have a high tolerance for lispy English gents singing. "The Story Becomes" is a straight-up ripoff of the LPD style, trust me. "Our Lady of Cervetori" most especially. onNowAtHighVolume: Leo Anibaldi -- "Canibald" (I love this record so much, I bought it on both CD and vinyl!) erasing genre lines, messing up headz, it's ozymandias . . . the self-reflecting image of a narcotized mind . . . ozymandias G desiderata ogd@organic.com Desperate, Deathless (415)278-5674 http://www.organic.com/Staff/ogd/ ::AOAIOXXYSZ::
