No, no - I couldn't stop myself responding to the Kraftwerk reference. However, at least the winking face indicates "knowingness". I think the 15-years-on perspective is necessary here. Today's Controversy: Anyone who subscribes to this list is by definition more interested in music than Essex Man and Woman. It seems perfectly okay to me to want all the releases by your favourite artists. All these pseudonyms just make the whole process more interesting. Would people rather "our stuff" was released with the crushing cynicism of most major labels? i.e. endless double-packs, reissues etc.? I would never spend 50 quid on say J9 picture disc cos I'd rather get 5 albums, but I wouldn't diss people who chase after such things. By the way, Woodenspoon is me - wasn't it obvious? Sheffield? Moved over from Manchester? (the SKAM boys advised me that only Warp could handle my talent). adam
