Has anyone else noticed anything strange with the sound on the Auntie Audrey
CD's (The Orb Remix Projects)???
When I first listened through it, I found the general sound very flat and
dead. When I checked more carefully with headphones, I noticed almost no
difference when I pressed the mono-button in and out! I also compared the
Depeche Mode CD-single where Happiest Girl is, and there is a tingling
(trianglish) sound in the right channel on the DM single, but on Auntie
Audrey, the same sound is right in the middle with all the other sounds.
Has anyone else noticed this? Or is it some bad pressings around?
Too bad if it really is in mono, because it's a great compilation. (For Orb
completists, that is... :-)
