I just bought a ticket to see Meat Beat Manifesto in Chicago on
August 11. Sadly, the Orb was supposed to play on the same bill, but
Mr. Patterson chickened out! What, doesn't he like Chicago?
While we're on the subject of the Orb. Does anyone remember the sheep
on the front of the Live 93 disc? I just got that too. Nice weekend,
eh?

All you Chemical Brothers-esque music fans (don't be afraid to admit
it), there's a compilation just for you. It's called Hardhop + Trypno.
It's on Moonshine (right now you're thinking "I'm sure this sucks"), but
it's AWESOME. Really funky, bass-heavy, hard shit. The only known band
(at least that I know) is Crystl Method. I gave up a good score for
this one, but I'm not upset.
