Difficulty finding the Young American Primitive cd?!? Where do you
live? Siberia?
Here is some info:
The double cd package of In Sides is the album plus the last two
singles. The singles are Times Fly (which includes two versions of
the title track- fast and slow- plus a reworking of Strange but
True from the last album- I believe the remix is called Strange
But New- and a delightful little song called the Tranquilizer. The
second single is The Box which is simply four movements of one
song, the last with unfortunate vocals. I hope all of this info is
correct. I don't actually own the US version of In Sides because I
was stupid enough to shell out $25 to buy the import. I just had
to be the first one on my block to own it!!!
As for Autechre's Tri Repetae, I could be wrong but I was sure
that the titles were on one of the little cards contained within.
Again, I have the import so perhaps the US release is incomplete.
Even though they have names, I still refer to them as Track 6 or
Track 10 or whatever and, yes, track 6 is magnificent. Happy
listening!
Jedi Knights: you may be having problems finding stuff by them
because there isn't much-- a single on Clear records (vinyl only)
and the album that you now own. I believe that's all there is by
them under this moniker but, if I'm wrong, I'm sure someone else
will fill you in.
