Well if only that were true.
The AWE32 is a wonderful piece of kit and I've heard some really good
demo's from people. However although they are rated at 44.1khz they
also have a massive problem with noise from the rest of the PC and
are unusable for creating quality output. Ask yourself why people
still get sound into a PC via a DAT machine and a Digital Input card.
