Hear, Hear! I'd settle for getting the music into the systems of those
who want it, but would rather take popular culture along for the ride too.
On the other hand, it's not worth much compromise to reach the
unadventurous ears.
How many artists make more on their art than one might in a "proper" job?
I'd rather continue to do whatever the hell I want to musically. If
someone doesn't get it for another 10 years, it's not my problem.
