not really. if something is in 7/8, or 9/8, that's what it is. i know most
IDMers don't offer us sheet music, but it'd be fair to say that MOST of it
is in 4/4 (which does NOT mean there is a beat each count (i can't recall
who said that). if something is truly polyrhythmic, it implies that there
are phrases stacked on top of each other in different time signatures.
