As a bit of a pigface (and pigface fan) I can tell you that it's just one big studio love-in. I assume that Alex didn't make a sizeable contribution, but hung around, loaned equipment, and generally made a nuisance of himself, and influenced the attitude of the final product (all in a good way of course!) I mean, Jello Biafra was also on this disc, and all he did was simply recite the line "Mental illness is the road to freedom."
