Austria, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece,
Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein,
Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, San
Marino, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Ukraine, Vatican City and
Yugoslavia.
