Well hey, I've never evenr _heard_ of this indexing thing and neither
of my CD players supports it (one old portable Sony, one cheapo
varispeed deck) so it was interesting to me.

PS for your top 10s and stuff have a quick look round hyperreal
at the idm pages, there are some poll results and more there,
I recommend: (and I'm sure few would disagree with many of these)
anything by Autechre, especially Amber and Anti
Aphex Twin "Classics" on a harder Tip
or "SAW 87-92" for more mellow, but still groovy stuff
B12's Electro Soma
Clear compilation "Everything's becoming..."
u-ziq - Bluff Limbo
Jake Slazenger - Das ist ein Groovy Beat, Ja?
Black Dog - Spanners
Speedy J - G-spot
and for something more than a little dubby - Planet Dub
(on Planet Dog)
That little lot would be 120 or so pounds very well spent.
There are dozens, nay hundreds of other superb albums out there,
but I could sit here all day typing them in.
